Picking colors and yarn for fiber projects can be daunting, but it does not have to be that way. Let’s explore the world of color theory and texture to craft truly unique pieces for your wardrobe!
Being a yarn dyer and pattern designer I am constantly trying to tell stories through my choice of color, and I cannot wait to help you with your creative process in this area. We will talk color theory, picking the right yarn and color for you, putting together a color palette for a multi yarn project, and telling a personal story through color. It will be fun and rewarding class!

About the instructor:
Eve Noelle Hildebrandt is the owner and dyer of Holly Dyeworks; she is also a pattern designer for knitting and crochet. Storytelling through color and fiber has been her great passion, and combining her love of literature and yarn has been a grand adventure!
Eve Noelle grew up in Red Bank, TN. Coming from a long line of makers, and she went on to study dyeing and various types of fiber arts at the John C. Campbell Folk School in NC. Eve Noelle has an undergraduate degree in musical theatre from Bryan College, and has worked as a professional costumer. In 2019 she started Holly Dyeworks, and has enjoyed sharing her love of yarn with fellow crafters.
